Lifelong Learning Platform – Update

Message from the Royal College of Anaesthetists:

Users will be starting to receive their login details to access the new platform. As the emails are being sent directly from the platform, these may automatically turn up in junk/spam inboxes (this will depend on the service provider or preferences). We ask you therefore to please check your junk/spam inbox. The plan to add users is listed below and follows a phased approach; this takes into account factors that could affect go live and we want to ensure we get this right, are able to support schools during this busy time and get everyone online within the week.

Using the site

As we launch the site with a phased approach (in agreement with each school), you’ll find that the platform has some similarities with the way the e-Portfolio works, however, certain areas of the platform will be new. Please do take the time to allow familiarisation with the platform in your region (your lead will also be able to support with this). The videos created by the team are a very useful tool and can be accessed here, .

Changes and issues

Like all big software releases, we do anticipate that some issues will surface after launch. The team at the College will be working with the developers to resolve any issues as they are identified and will publish known issues to the College website: and will work to resolve these following successful go-live.
